This work explores the inter-connections between people and nature in modern society.
Steel is produced from naturally occurring ironstone which has an age of over 2.5 billion years and is one of the most fundamental and significant materials occurring in human society. Man has long searched for ways to create durable tools, weapons and ceremonial accessories, throughout this process steel has become a major material used in the construction of urban areas.
These objects, which are involved deeply in the human society, however, create an unnatural space in co-existence with everyday objects in the home. My interest is to consider our culture hidden in the unnaturalness.
